About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer for semiconductor photomask measurement and repair equipment, you will be responsible for equipment maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, and startup. You will also communicate with customers regarding work schedules, reports, and technical meetings, as well as with German engineers during troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Field Service Engineer in precision machinery (semiconductor and FPD related), including maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to use basic tools (wrenches, spanners, screwdrivers, etc.).
  • Ability to use basic measuring instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Professional education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar fields.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Experience communicating with headquarters in a foreign-affiliated company.
  • Service skills in vacuum and electron beams (for repair equipment).
  • Service skills in optical systems (for measurement equipment).
  • TOEIC score of 600 or higher.

Salary/Compensations

  • 4,000,000 JPY - 9,000,000 JPY (including bonuses and various allowances, depending on skills and experience)
  • Monthly salary: 300,000 JPY - 600,000 JPY
