Partner with agribusiness and commercial customers across the region, building trusted relationships and helping them navigate opportunities and challenges. Manage a portfolio of established customers with a focus on growing new relationships and collaborate with internal partners to structure complex deals.

Requirements
- Strong experience in agribusiness or commercial banking.
- Solid understanding of regional industries.
- Proven customer acquisition experience.
- Confidence in credit assessment, cashflow analysis, and deal structuring.
- Customer first mindset with a track record in portfolio growth and business development.
- Well-established network or the ability to build trusted referral partnerships.
