About the Role

Partner closely with ownership in maximizing the long-term value and performance of a premier Western New York commercial real estate portfolio. This executive leadership role involves developing portfolio strategy, driving financial performance, leading cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance asset value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio-wide asset management strategies that maximize long-term value and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor Leasing, Property Management, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with ownership's strategic objectives.
• Drive property performance by identifying opportunities to improve occupancy, revenue, operating efficiencies, and tenant satisfaction.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, or repositioning strategies.
• Oversee annual operating budgets, capital improvement plans, and property-level financial performance.
• Analyze financial statements, operating metrics, and investment returns to support strategic decision-making.
• Prioritize capital investments based on return on investment, asset preservation, and long-term portfolio goals.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and serve as a key member of the Executive Committee.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, investors, municipal leaders, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate asset management, property management, leasing, or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated success managing complex commercial real estate portfolios.
• Ability to travel throughout our Western New York portfolio as needed.

Skills

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, financial analysis, and investment evaluation.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational performance.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
