About the Role

The Onboarding Sr Associate joins the Development & Performance team to create a seamless, impactful onboarding experience for new employees. This role advances established programs and growth initiatives, enhances processes, delivers live experiences, and contributes to scalable solutions that support evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging and impactful firmwide virtual onboarding for new hires weekly
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding experiences for diverse hire types
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve onboarding processes for consistency and scalability
  • Resolve onboarding issues and anticipate needs, escalating complex matters as appropriate
  • Maintain and enhance onboarding resources and collateral
  • Coordinate onboarding communications to ensure a seamless new hire experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding inquiries
  • Develop and distribute the New Hire Newsletter
  • Manage the onboarding welcome program, including vendor coordination and billing
  • Develop and communicate knowledge of Crowe’s core business operations to new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professionalism, including diplomacy, confidentiality, and confidence with sensitive information
  • Ability to facilitate complex content with high energy and engagement
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work both collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, time management, and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to change
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
