About the Role

This role supports technical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope. You will collaborate with customers to understand capability needs, gather project specifications, create business cases, and translate business needs into detailed requirements. Responsibilities include data analysis for business problems and trends, creating and executing test cases, providing root cause analysis, verifying customer needs, and ensuring quality delivery. You will also manage risks, defects, and issues, analyze market trends, build organizational knowledge, and mentor junior resources. A key aspect involves leveraging AI tools like Google Gemini or Claude AI to enhance data analysis, generate insights, and automate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
  • Create and maintain deliverables such as business vision, requirements, personalization to different clients, and user interface design.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology development/delivery challenges across project phases.
  • Support requirements testing, including test plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management.
  • Analyze test results and tie them back to customer impacts.
  • Assure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management.
  • Assist with or conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
  • Report project status.
  • Enable vendor solutions.
  • Provide accurate and concise documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
  • 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma (Preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry (Preferred).
  • Experience with Claude Code or Google Gemini.

Salary/Compensations

  • $72,700.00 - $116,600.00
