About the Role

Join our leasing team at a 352-unit apartment community near the Domain in Austin. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents, helping them find their perfect apartment home. This role involves greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. If you excel in building relationships and possess a friendly, professional demeanor, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and residents
Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
Showing apartments
Securing leases

Requirements

At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
Good leasing and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work two Saturdays per month, or as needed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
Valid TX Driver’s License
Must pass criminal background checks and drug screens.
