About the Role
As an OSHClub Coordinator, you will lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role focuses on leadership, creating and leading a dynamic, child-centered program, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of passionate Educators.
- Oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.
- Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts.
- Take full ownership of the team's roster.
- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance.
- Handle administrative tasks.
- Foster an environment of teamwork and growth.
Requirements
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check.
- State working-with-children check.
- Australian working rights.
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.
- Working towards or completed a relevant diploma or higher qualification (as per ACECQA).
