About the Role
EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business focused on helping people return to their lives. This role involves managing a portfolio of physical and psychological claims, supporting injured workers through the entire claims process, including determining liability, coordinating treatment, managing payments, facilitating case conferences, and supporting recovery and return-to-work outcomes. You will be part of a diverse team in Sydney and supported by experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of physical and psychological claims
- Liaise with injured workers, employers, providers and internal stakeholders
- Support recovery and return to work planning
- Manage payments, treatment approvals and claim reviews
- Facilitate case conferences and stakeholder meetings as required
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience
- Allied health, rehabilitation or case management experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, empathetic and able to manage competing priorities
- Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Passionate about helping people get their lives back
