Join Australia's leading prestige beauty retailer as a passionate Zone Manager (3IC) to help lead the MECCA Double Bay store in NSW.
Responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
- Drive store success through strong communication and upskilling the team
- Engage and motivate the team to meet KPIs and uphold company values
Requirements
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
