About the Role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a Zone Manager (3IC) at our Paddington store. You will act as a Guardian of the Customer Experience, leading from the shop floor to inspire your team, drive commercial outcomes, and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
