About the Role
As a Senior HubSpot RevOps Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the effectiveness of our success and sales teams, directly impacting sales effectiveness. Your skills in process design and proactive problem-solving will make a tangible impact on both the business and the people who rely on you. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to extend.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize sales processes that power HubSpot functionality and leverage automation.
- Configure workflows, dashboards, and properties within the HubSpot ecosystem to empower teams and deliver measurable results.
- Focus on reporting and revenue predictability.
- Ensure CRM data integrity through governance expertise.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an administrator across HubSpot Sales hub.
- Technical proficiency in HubSpot configurations, definitions, and build best practices for leads to sales.
- Skilled in automating workflows and designing business processes to optimize key operations.
- Strong analytical abilities, including data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and quality.
- Proven ability to document requirements and provide insights through business analysis.
