About the Role
The Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance and Business Management team manages the firm's corporate real estate portfolio, including capital planning and analytics. As a Senior Associate supporting Americas East, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Region Head, driving strategic initiatives, conducting data analysis, and managing high-profile projects across a vast portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Prepare routine and adhoc business management reporting for senior management
- Conduct quantitative and logical analyses to support strategic planning and process improvements
- Facilitate meetings with clear goals, documentation, and follow-through on action items
- Distill complex problems into executive-ready presentations with a focus on data visualization
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while prioritizing evolving business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business management, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a chief of staff role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and methodical execution
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with senior leaders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
