About the Role

This position will focus on change management processes and deliverables, including the development and delivery of training, to increase the likelihood of achieving intended benefits from organizational changes. The successful candidate will ensure organizational changes, particularly digital transformation initiatives, are understood, supported, and successfully adopted.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement learning programs, including needs assessments, training materials, and evaluation tools.
  • Lead and coordinate change management activities for projects, developing key deliverables such as communication plans and impact assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support effective change adoption.
  • Guide individuals and teams through change with empathy and a human-centered approach.
  • Contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity (DIBE).

Requirements

  • University degree in Education, Communications, Psychology, Business, Organization Development or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning theories and workplace training.
  • 3+ years of experience advising on and executing change strategies.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering adult learning programs and employee training.
  • Knowledge and practical application of change management frameworks, practices, and tools.
  • Experience developing clear, engaging communications and learning materials.
  • Experience creating interactive and visual content to support change adoption and training.
  • Experience influencing staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience designing visually engaging PowerPoint decks.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, multidimensional projects.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or technology-driven change is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is highly preferred, with French being an asset.
