About the Role
As Beanfield scales its digital ecosystem, we are seeking an innovative-enabler as Manager of Digital Operations to lead and manage digital adoptions. This strategic position bridges the gap between business units and the digital ecosystem, ensuring tools are integrated, secure, cost-optimized, and empower employees.
Responsibilities
- Build automated workflows for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage and resolve internal user issues, escalating to vendors when necessary.
- Manage day-to-day tickets and technical updates from SaaS/software providers.
- Audit usage data to identify and reclaim unused software licenses.
- Maintain a 12-month calendar of software renewals and lead renegotiation strategies.
- Build and maintain a definitive "Source of Truth" for all software assets.
- Design and implement automated workflows between disparate systems.
- Ensure data updates correctly across all connected business applications.
- Identify and automate manual processes within business units.
- Consult with business leaders to understand project needs and recommend technology solutions.
- Manage the workflow for new software requests to prevent duplication.
- Partner with the security team to ensure applications are integrated with SSO and MFA.
- Review the security posture of new tools before adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Business Systems, IT Operations, or SaaS-Ops.
- Managed a diverse portfolio of applications.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, SSO/SAML, and automated provisioning.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Ironclad, Asana and Yesware is a plus.
- Motivated to automate inefficient tasks.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating software contracts and negotiating with vendors.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Salary/Compensations
- Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives.
