Responsibilities

• Daily stocking of fridges, drawers, snack bins, and coffee machines.
• Merchandising all products to ensure each display looks perfect.
• Performing rinsing and cleaning cycles on all machines.
• Wiping down machines to remove dirt or clean spills.
• Conducting daily and weekly inventory of products in storage.
• Identifying slow and fast-moving products and making recommendations.
• Predicting and planning for inventory issues.
• Ordering products for client sites.
• Client communication and liaison to the Agora Refreshments Team.
• Conducting daily check-ins with clients to review inventory reports and upcoming deliveries.
• Building relationships with each client.
• Gathering feedback from clients on potential improvements.
• Communicating any issues or needs to the Agora team.
• Communicating upcoming special events to the Agora team.
• Meeting drivers upon delivery to each office.

• Frequently lifts and carries products and materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without assistance.
• Travels between customer locations and operates a motor vehicle as part of normal job duties.
• Uses computers, mobile devices, and inventory management tools as needed.
