About the Role

The EMEA Partner Manager will build, accelerate, and scale Monte Carlo’s partner ecosystem across the region. This role will cultivate strategic relationships with cloud providers, system integrators, and data consulting partners to enable them to successfully position, sell, and deliver Monte Carlo’s Data Observability platform. The Partner Manager will drive partner-sourced pipeline, expand co-sell motions, and strengthen our presence in key EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, enable, and manage high-impact partners aligned to the EMEA revenue goals
  • Build joint go-to-market plays with cloud and analytics ecosystems
  • Generate and accelerate partner-sourced and influenced opportunities
  • Execute co-marketing programs and field events with ecosystem partners
  • Drive executive relationships across cloud and SI alliance teams

Requirements

  • Strong track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems, and turning alliances into measurable revenue impact
  • Solid experience working with cloud platforms, system integrators, or data consultancies across EMEA
  • Skilled at developing and managing executive-level relationships with cloud and SI partner teams
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners to drive both partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Proven history of running field events, co-marketing programs, and campaigns that generate a strong pipeline
  • Motivated by scaling processes, partner impact, or Monte Carlo’s presence across EMEA through a high-leverage ecosystem motion

Skills

  • Understanding of regional market dynamics and how to tailor ecosystem GTM motions for local relevance and effectiveness
  • Experience designing and executing joint GTM plays with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and the broader analytics ecosystem
  • Thrive in fast-moving, scrappy environments and can turn ambiguity into action
  • Work highly independently, taking ownership and driving outcomes with minimal guidance
  • Excel at coordinating cross-functional and partner teams, influencing without authority
  • Possess a builder’s mindset, creating scalable partner processes, programs, and GTM motions
  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving seamlessly between planning and doing
  • Stay curious about the data and AI ecosystem and translate market insights into impactful partner plays
