About the Role
The Marketing Specialist supports enterprise marketing and brand initiatives, focusing on event coordination, digital marketing analytics, and daily marketing operations. This role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and clear content creation, with the ability to build relationships and gain brand buy-in across a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows, industry conferences, and customer-facing events.
- Coordinate vendor communications and contracts, venue logistics, registrations, promotional materials, shipping, and signage.
- Build event timelines and run-of-show documents, serve as the internal event owner, and support on-site booth and event setup.
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all event materials and booths.
- Manage event budgets, schedules, project documentation, and present post-event reports.
- Support the Marketing Manager in multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through completion.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting summaries.
- Support content alignment between external websites, social media, and employee intranet.
- Apply Centuri’s messaging framework and brand voice consistently across all written deliverables.
- Manage branded premiums and collateral ordering, overseeing the process from ordering to billing.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and content repositories.
- Support Marketing Manager with marketing project management and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with the utility, energy, construction, or infrastructure services sector is preferred.
- Experience with design or presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Intranet/Sharepoint).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally within an industrial, infrastructure, or professional services environment.
- Experience coordinating logistics for in-person events, trade shows, or conferences.
- Strong project management instincts, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience adapting tone and content for different audiences and formats.
- Proficiency with standard marketing and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, social media, project management platforms, email marketing platforms).
- A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens.
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify.
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
