About the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and direction of one or more programs, overseeing and ensuring the effective coordination of activities and resources. Ensures program objectives align with strategic goals and regulatory guidelines.

- Ensure program objectives are accomplished within set parameters and align with strategic goals.
- Ensure program activities are well planned, organized, and follow regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Ability to build and establish effective working partnerships with employees, peers, and/or leaders to achieve program objectives.
- Organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on writing.
- Motivated and resourceful self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, both independently and in team settings.
- Adaptability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
- Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously.
