About the Role

The Analyst will join the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) Business Planning and Operations Team, supporting execution of key client engagement programs, operating rhythms, and strategic initiatives across CMS North America. This role plays a central part in enabling consistent, high-quality delivery across external programs, events, and client-facing initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Sales, Account Managers (AMs), Marketing, and CMS stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, and operational rigor. The Analyst will manage multiple work streams simultaneously, ensuring strong coordination, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through across priorities. The ideal candidate is a structured, detail-oriented strategic thinker with advanced communication and organizational skills. They enjoy operating in a dynamic environment and working on cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end execution of external programs and client engagement initiatives (e.g., client councils, regional events, client survey), ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, reporting and stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate conference and event execution, managing logistics, timelines, stakeholder communications, and tracking across internal and external partners
  • Support client hosting execution, including client list management, invite strategy and communications, coordination with sellers, and tracking engagement outcomes
  • Track priorities, maintain reporting, identify risks or gaps, and drive follow-ups to ensure execution
  • Identify and drive improvements in processes, tools, and execution efficiency, including developing playbooks, templates, and tracking mechanisms to scale operations

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree
  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to independently lead and manage complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fast learner and critical thinker with the ability to interpret rules and policies and clearly articulate their applicability
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively
  • Strong team player, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently to coordinate cross-functional activities, obtain buy-in, and appropriately elevate issues at critical junctures
