About the Role
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be the dedicated creative resource driving design excellence across our portfolio. This hybrid role balances hands-on execution with thoughtful conceptualization, ensuring every creative touchpoint reflects the unique spirit of our brands. From menus and marketing campaigns to event posters and digital ads, you’ll take ownership of design projects that support marketing, HR, F&B, rooms, and event initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of creative materials including business cards, signage, menus, uniforms, merch, stickers, tent cards.
- Design event marketing collateral such as event posters, sales decks, sponsorship materials, and social posts.
- Create print ads, promotional signage, and digital ad creative (static and animated / video).
- Develop onboarding materials and internal HR assets.
- Design email marketing templates and other digital campaigns.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with each property’s brand identity, while bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate design.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are exceeded.
- Partner closely with the marketing team, property teams, and external vendors to deliver creative that supports business goals.
- Contribute ideas for how design can enhance guest experiences, staff engagement, and event programming.
- Source, coordinate, and oversee the print and production of all branded materials.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of graphic design experience (hospitality, lifestyle, or agency background an asset).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva, Figma or similar tools, Mailchimp.
- Experience or interest in photography and video editing.
- Strong understanding of Meta and digital advertising best practices.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand systems.
- Experience producing both digital and print assets at a professional standard.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- A creative thinker who can both conceptualize and execute designs with minimal direction.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
