About the Role
Support digital campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and contribute to pipeline growth. The role combines campaign execution, landing-page optimization, content development, and performance reporting across paid and owned channels. You will work across multiple initiatives and collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and product teams, gaining hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, automation, conversion optimization, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support growth campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, web, and organic channels
- Build and update landing pages, forms, emails, and campaign assets
- Coordinate campaign timelines, audiences, creative, budgets, and approvals
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify opportunities
- Monitor traffic, conversion, lead quality, and pipeline performance
- Support A/B testing of messaging, creative, landing pages, and calls to action
- Collaborate with sales, product, content, and design teams on campaigns and lead follow-ups
- Maintain dashboards and prepare recurring performance reports and insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
- Knowledge of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and CMS platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, or Framer
- Ability to write clear copy and adapt campaign assets using Canva or Figma
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
