About the Role
Partner closely with Engineering to define and evolve data flow across the platform. Lead a team of Senior Product Managers responsible for data workflows and third-party integrations, while remaining hands-on. Connect data from external platforms to internal tools and personalization engines. Serve as a key contact for external vendor relationships and a partner to internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives in data ingestion and standardization, partnering with engineering.
- Maintain a unified roadmap for data ingestion, normalization, event collection, processing, workflows, integrations, and governance.
- Partner with peer product teams, involving them in roadmap decisions and providing visibility into platform impacts.
- Lead, coach, and develop senior product managers in data workflow and integrations.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for third-party vendor and partner relationships.
- Support the team in maintaining an active integration pipeline and launching new partners.
- Stay ahead of the evolving marketing technology and data integration landscape.
- Act as a customer advocate in all interactions and decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including people management of senior individual contributors.
- Deep experience with data products (ingestion, transformation, normalization, workflow).
- Strong engineering partnership instincts with fluency in data pipeline architecture, event streaming, ETL/ELT, and data warehouse design.
- Experience with marketing technology ecosystems (ESPs, MSPs, CDPs, CRMs).
- Familiarity with modern data stack technologies (Snowflake, Kafka, dbt, Airflow).
- Working knowledge of API design and developer-facing integration surfaces.
- Skilled communicator across engineering, commercial, and external partner audiences.
