  • Design and execute experiments to validate messaging, drive adoption, and optimize the member experience after launch.
  • Monitor member behavior and campaign performance, using data and customer insights to recommend improvements and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Creative, CRM, and Operations to deliver high-quality launches and member experiences.
  • Stay informed on consumer trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities that can help DashPass deliver greater everyday value.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
  • You're excited by ambiguous, early-stage problems and enjoy building new programs from the ground up.
  • You have experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives and can effectively collaborate with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Operations teams.
  • You know how to translate customer insights and data into clear marketing recommendations and action plans.
  • You have experience supporting product or feature launches, developing messaging, or executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • You're analytical, organized, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You're an effective communicator who can influence partners through clear thinking, strong collaboration, and well-supported recommendations.
