About the Role
Pier One Sydney Harbour is seeking a curious, outgoing, and warm individual to join their team. They believe in personality and style to deliver exceptional guest service, rather than following a standard hotel script. This role offers endless opportunities for motivated and skilled individuals within a five-star hotel located under the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Responsibilities
- Read dockets and prepare necessary drinks.
- Take orders and maximize sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
- Repeat orders to guests to ensure accuracy.
- Write dockets clearly and correctly for cashier and kitchen staff.
- Deliver orders promptly to guests.
- Maintain clean and tidy tables and service areas according to procedure.
- Employ hygienic beverage service techniques during service.
- Take responsibility for designated section and station.
Requirements
- Have Barista Training and Experience.
