About the Role
The front office is the heart of every hotel, greeting guests and attending to their needs. Supervising this team requires analytical thinking, problem-solving, self-assuredness, and the ability to connect with everyone, alongside a desire to enhance the guest experience. We are seeking a charismatic Night Manager who understands the impact of this role on the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Night Management role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
- Advanced knowledge of front office operations.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
