About the Role

Republic Services partners with the Department of War SkillBridge Program to help transitioning veterans find their next career during their last 180 days of service. This program allows active duty servicemembers to train and learn with an industry partner while continuing to receive military compensation and benefits. Participation is mission-dependent and requires unit commander authorization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Lab Pack Program, Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), and other field activities.
• Provides field services for customers on their site, including characterization, packaging, handling, and transportation of wastes.
• Maintains safety, meticulous attention to detail, profitability, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be currently serving, Active Duty, U.S. Armed Forces Servicemember
• Must be within one year of your End of Active Service transition date
• Release for SkillBridge is mission-dependent and requires unit Commander authorization.
