Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize strategic procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Apply expertise, business context understanding, and analytical skills to enable organizational priorities.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to help businesses improve products and create market growth strategies.
• Ensure the professional and personal development of your team.
• Shape management strategies and support the international growth of the company as a member of the Inverto management team.
• Act as a sparring partner for customers and manage their projects.
• Support company-wide knowledge development with professional expertise.
• Be responsible for a specific subject area to knowledge share with others.
• Undertake project assignments domestically and internationally across various industries.
• Develop and implement tailor-made strategies in procurement and supply chain management.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial talent in the acquisition of new customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in procurement and/or supply chain management.
• Experience in consulting is highly preferred.
• Significant success in business optimization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
• Results-orientated mindset.
• Confidence and persuasiveness.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams.
