Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming experiences for every guest
- Share flavor stories, offer samples, and help guests discover their next favorite scoop
- Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, operate the register, and support daily shop operations
- Greet guests, answer questions, and help guide the flow of the shop
- Accurately process transactions and assist with online and delivery orders
- Prepare products according to recipes and quality standards
- Restock ice cream, supplies, and retail products throughout the shift
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards across the shop
- Support dishwashing, cleaning, and other operational tasks that keep the shop running smoothly
- Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
- Are 16+ years old
- Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Can work at least 3 shifts per week, including 2 closing shifts
- Enjoy working with people and creating memorable guest experiences
- Have strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy staying busy
- Work well as part of a team and support those around you
- Are curious, dependable, and eager to learn
- Have food service, retail, coffee, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Are comfortable discussing flavors, offering samples, and engaging with guests
- This role involves working in an environment where common food allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, seafood) are present.
