About the Role

We are seeking a Design Engineer to transform concepts into production-ready designs. This role is crucial in developing new interaction paradigms for infrastructure management and will define the user experience of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the design system across Figma and code (React, Tailwind), ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Ship pixel-perfect interfaces using CSS.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to bring ideas from sketches to production.
• Enhance front-end architecture and best practices.
• Define new interaction patterns for AI-driven tools.

Requirements

• Experience as a Design Engineer, frontend engineer with strong design skills, or designer with strong engineering skills.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, state management patterns, and performance optimization.
• Excellent visual and interaction design instincts, with a focus on detail, motion, and responsiveness.
• Ability to prototype rapidly in Figma, code, or AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with CSS animation, transitions, and layout techniques.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality front-end development work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, with the ability to iterate quickly and drive outcomes.
• Experience in a startup or a strong interest in building products from the ground up.
• Ability to work in-person.
