About the Role
Dispatch is building the first wealth tech data orchestration company, syncing client data across a financial advisor's tech stack to unlock efficiency and choice. As a CSM, you will help clients maximize value from Dispatch by ensuring the best possible experience, building trust, and turning clients into advocates. You will own the implementation, adoption, and value realization for a book of Dispatch's largest clients, who are typically large wealth management firms, custodians, asset managers, and wealthtech companies.
Responsibilities
- Own implementation delivery from kickoff through launch, including managing project meetings, driving client accountability, and coordinating internal teams.
- Drive client adoption against agreed-upon business outcomes.
- Develop deep product and business expertise to become a trusted advisor.
- Build and maintain trust across client teams, from executive sponsors to day-to-day operators.
- Equip Account Executives with account health, adoption, stakeholder, risk, and value context for renewals and expansions.
- Maintain honest and current account plans, including business objectives, adoption hurdles, risks, stakeholder maps, and usage signals.
- Provide specific patterns from client accounts to Product and Engineering to influence product development.
Requirements
- 7+ years in client-facing post-sale roles at B2B technology companies.
- 5+ years as the primary owner of enterprise client relationships.
- Experience owning complex, high-value enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and multi-phase implementation cycles.
- Experience at an early-stage startup (ideally no later than Series B and no larger than 150 people at the time of joining).
- Experience with technical or operationally complex products that move, integrate, or transform data between systems (e.g., API platforms, ETL tools, integration middleware, workflow engines, internal tooling).
- Wealth management, wealthtech, asset management, or financial services experience is helpful but not required.
- Possess an owner's mindset, feeling personally accountable for client value and experience.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, making sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Exhibit clear communication and operational skills, including precise writing, running efficient meetings, and managing projects.
- Show client and product curiosity, actively listening and asking questions to understand client needs and product functionality.
- Display low-ego resourcefulness, taking initiative in ambiguous situations and owning mistakes.
