About the Role

This role involves updating customers on damages or discrepancies, checking inbound receipts against packing lists, entering data into the warehouse management system, responding to customer inquiries, creating item labels, assisting with inbound appointment logs, and coordinating with trucking companies. You will also communicate with management regarding inbound delays and perform other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Update customers on any damages or discrepancies on inbounds received into our facility.
• Check inbound receipt provided by our warehouse against packing list and data entry into our warehouse management system.
• Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries via email or phone.
• Create item labels as needed.
• Assist with managing and updating inbound appointment log and coordinate with trucking companies as needed.
• Communicate with warehouse manager and receiving head on inbounds beyond our promised window.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ Years customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience coming from any type of logistics company or department
• Multi-Tasking
