About the Role
Join us as a Retail Experience Specialist and help transform everyday shopping into an unforgettable experience with Caper, a new smart shopping cart that lets customers scan items as they shop, see their total spend in real time, apply store loyalty discounts, and check out from the cart.
Responsibilities
- Demo the cart with customers so they will use the Caper Cart.
- Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Caper Cart experience.
- Deliver quick, fun tutorials that highlight the cart’s coolest features.
- Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly.
- Gather feedback and share it with our tech team to improve the experience.
- Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
- Provide top-tier service and leave every customer smiling.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking.
- Ability to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel via car.
