About the Role
The Peer Support Specialist provides peer support, information, and advocacy to individuals diagnosed with a serious and persistent relevant illness, assisting them in regaining control over their lives and recovery process, and integrating into the community. They engage with patients hospitalized at UHS Hospitals.
