About the Role

The Website Manager coordinates, executes, and optimizes owned websites for priority North American brands, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of updates, activations, and content improvements in alignment with global standards and regional needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of website and platform activation requests.
  • Publish and update content across websites and platforms using approved workflows and templates.
  • Coordinate website updates, campaign activations, content refreshes, and go-live activities.
  • Conduct QA, accessibility, SEO/GEO, tagging, compliance, and platform readiness checks.
  • Ensure all activations comply with global governance, legal, privacy, and responsible marketing requirements.
  • Coordinate with Content teams, agencies, and market stakeholders to resolve content and asset gaps.
  • Monitor website performance, execution quality, and operational issues.
  • Escalate recurring platform, functionality, or capability needs to global teams.
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and operational standards.
  • Serve as the North America subject matter expert for owned website execution, content quality, user experience, and market-specific website needs.
  • Partner with Brand, eCommerce, Digital Shelf, Retail Media, CRM, Legal/Regulatory, Analytics, IT, agencies, and global website teams.
  • Maintain a North America website content calendar and prioritization process.
  • Support website content strategy by determining appropriate content placement across digital touchpoints.
  • Use analytics, SEO/GEO insights, accessibility checks, and stakeholder feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with global teams and agencies to identify reusable templates, components, modules, and content patterns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Digital, Marketing, Content Operations, Technology or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in website operations, digital content management, campaign activation, marketing operations or related roles.
  • Experience publishing and coordinating content across CMS, website platforms, portfolio platforms or brand digital experiences.
  • Strong understanding of website QA, accessibility, SEO/GEO readiness, tagging, privacy, legal and responsible marketing requirements.
  • Experience working with agencies, content teams, technology partners and market stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, operational discipline and ability to manage multiple market requests against agreed SLAs.
