About the Role
WDF Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage commercial HVAC projects from start to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial HVAC projects from start to completion
- Prepare estimates & takeoffs
- Purchase material
- Lease equipment
- Schedule employees
- Work with clients, design professionals and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, scope of work outlines, and equipment information
- Review site conditions with field trades to address challenges
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Maintain regular communication with the client's management team
- Adjust schedule and manpower requirements as needed
Requirements
- 20+ years' experience in construction management for commercial HVAC projects
- Proven experience with managing commercial HVAC projects in the $4 million to $40 million range
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and execute project based on scope of work requirements, specifications and schedules
- Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Good computer skills with strong working knowledge of Word, Adobe, Excel & Outlook
- Proficient in Navisworks with knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for BIM Coordination & modeling
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
