About the Role

As a Field Access Manager on the Patient Access team, you will play a proactive role in supporting patients by enhancing access to therapies across Takeda’s dermatology portfolio. You will act as a trusted educational resource to healthcare providers and institutions to address patient access barriers through strategic engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize patient access by serving as an educational resource for providers navigating reimbursement and access challenges.
  • Deliver field-based education on reimbursement processes to healthcare providers, hospitals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacies.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations to resolve reimbursement and access issues.
  • Provide education and support to internal teams regarding complex reimbursement and patient access scenarios.
  • Monitor healthcare policies, reimbursement trends, and regulatory requirements to proactively address access challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of field-based experience in account management, sales, or medical affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of the reimbursement landscape and practice management environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account-based strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Must be located within the territory.
