About the Role
As a Quality Engineer contractor, you will ensure products and services meet customer expectations. Your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing quality costs by delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Conducting product and process audits to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Providing training and guidance to production teams on quality control processes
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor of Science in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Have experience with quality control methods such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Be able to analyze data using statistical tools and software.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
