About the Role

I. Halper Paper & Supplies is seeking an Account Executive to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and manage existing accounts within the restaurant and food service sectors. The role involves building a sales pipeline, onboarding new clients, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and nurture a client portfolio, ensuring sustained satisfaction and growth.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, aiming to become the primary supplier for clients' back-of-house and front-of-house food service disposables, janitorial and sanitation products.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through weekly or biweekly check-ins, providing value-added services such as product samples, updated pricing, new product information and market insights.
• Document all client interactions, including notes and visit details, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
