Responsibilities
- Ensures residents receive quality care in health, safety, clothing, hygiene, and meals.
- Manages routines for house jobs, dorm chores, wake-up/lights-out, laundry, and cooking.
- Organizes individual and group activities such as trips and sporting events.
- Implements behavior management systems, including restrictions and confrontation techniques.
- Supports residents with educational, vocational, medical, health, family, and legal needs.
- Models positive behavior and confronts negative behavior.
- Contributes to a safe, orderly, and caring environment aligned with the organization's mission.
- Obtains necessary identification from residents for files.
- Schedules medical appointments and verifies their completion in resident files.
- Conducts formal individual counseling sessions twice monthly and participates in Case Conferences.
- Leads group meetings with assigned residents.
- Maintains case records with daily and monthly progress updates.
- Reviews and prepares service plans for residents every 60 days.
- Participates in weekly force fields meetings.
- Performs other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum of three years of experience working with adolescents.

- 3+ years of experience working with adolescents
