About the Role

We are looking for a responsible busser interested in taking on a new challenge. This role is crucial for maintaining clean dishes stocked and ready for our chefs and team, and assisting with ensuring prep materials are cleaned, maintained, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Clearing tables, counters, and bar tops of all used plateware in between courses
• Cleaning tables between guest seatings
• Resetting tables between seatings
• Running dirty dishes back to the dishwasher
• Cleaning dishes out of the dish space
• Polishing and putting away all silverware, plateware, glassware, and bareware
• Assisting with guest waters when required
• Assisting with the nightly cleaning duties

Salary/Compensations
