About the Role
We are looking for a responsible busser interested in taking on a new challenge. This role is crucial for maintaining clean dishes stocked and ready for our chefs and team, and assisting with ensuring prep materials are cleaned, maintained, and organized.
Responsibilities
- Clearing tables, counters, and bar tops of all used plateware in between courses
- Cleaning tables between guest seatings
- Resetting tables between seatings
- Running dirty dishes back to the dishwasher
- Cleaning dishes out of the dish space
- Polishing and putting away all silverware, plateware, glassware, and bareware
- Assisting with guest waters when required
- Assisting with the nightly cleaning duties
Salary/Compensations
