About the Role
Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program, responsible for daily client-site execution including product merchandising, inventory management, order replacement, and equipment management. This is a high-energy role for individuals who thrive on organization and positive interactions.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain client office kitchens and pantries, ensuring organization and performing expiration checks and product rotations.
- Engage with clients and team members onsite, delivering high-quality service.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, conduct quality control checks, and manage inventory and budgets.
- Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to management.
- Accurately complete pre/post route paperwork.
Requirements
- Must be able to download the Crafty application on a mobile device.
- Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed.
- Demonstrates a deep commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs and preferences.
