About the Role

Picnic is reinventing the way employees experience lunch at work by partnering with top local restaurants to offer high-quality, individually packed meals. Our mission is to create a seamless, affordable, and joyful lunch experience for both employees and employers.

Responsibilities

• Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct and users are set up correctly to use operating systems.
• Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure data accuracy and updates.
• Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team, such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, and health permits, liaising with external counsel as required.
• Train the operations team on system usage, acting as the key interface via phone and email support.
• Support other activities within Business Operations as required.

• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
