About the Role
The Marketing Officer coordinates, executes, and monitors all marketing communication initiatives for the Bank. This role involves generating reports, providing marketing support, and managing digital marketing efforts, while also supervising the Marketing Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, planning, and implementation of advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Perform quality control for marketing collateral production, including flyers, promotional items, and posters.
- Generate marketing and custom reports and lists for business units.
- Coordinate with advertising, PR, and social media agencies to enhance production and execution.
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing digital media strategies and execution items.
- Manage marketing compliance review, approval processes, and documentation.
- Manage creative agency relationships, including deadlines and campaign scope.
- Oversee promotional item and vendor management.
- Coordinate, execute, and oversee event marketing to maximize exposure.
- Track and update website content.
- Report on marketing campaign results.
- Recommend best practices for new banking product or solution campaigns.
- Provide marketing customer service support for branches.
- Offer administrative support for branches and departments.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including completing all required training.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Skills
- Digital tools proficiency (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords)
- Website content management using CMS tools
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge and user experience in various social media platforms
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM
- Event marketing planning, coordination, and execution
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
- Organized, highly motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
- Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- General understanding of marketing compliance regulations and laws
- Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
