About the Role
Hilltop Residential is seeking a motivated and experienced multifamily Regional Manager to oversee property management functions for assets in the Greater Austin Portfolio. This role will uphold and enhance Hilltop’s high standards of customer service and performance, aligning with the company's core values.
Responsibilities
- Execute property management strategies supporting Hilltop’s core values in the Greater Austin market.
- Set customer service and cost control levels to maximize the performance and profitability of Hilltop’s Austin assets.
- Implement and improve site-level operating, maintenance, and cost control policies and procedures.
- Develop onsite personnel, fostering a culture of hard work, integrity, job satisfaction, and opportunity.
- Evaluate and implement resident-focused technology solutions.
- Assist Hilltop in growing the portfolio in the Southeast market.
Requirements
- First-hand experience in all facets of multi-site multifamily property management and operations, including financial performance and customer service.
- Exceptional sales, marketing, and customer service background to resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Proven financial acumen: maximizing revenues, managing spending, and completing financial reports accurately and punctually.
- Developed management and supervisory skills to lead, direct, mentor, and develop team members.
- Proficiency in property management software (preferably OneSite / Real Page), word processing, spreadsheet, and database management applications.
- Self-starter, collaborative team player, hardworking, humble, and trustworthy.
- Reports directly to the Regional Vice President.
