About the Role

Responsibilities
- Partner directly with ANZ Sales Leadership to identify and dismantle friction in the sales process.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights, territory planning, and quota structures to empower leaders.
- Work across Partners, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to maximize outcomes for the entire ecosystem.
- Lead the annual planning process for the sales organization, architecting headcount, territory design, quota planning, and pipeline targets.
- Lead the integration of AI and Agentic AI workflows into the GTM tech stack to automate tasks and provide predictive insights.
- Master and evolve the use of Salesforce, Gong, and Clari to create competitive advantages.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a high-intensity business partnering role, preferably in SaaS (Sales Ops, Strategy Consulting, or Finance).
- Ability to take an ambiguous business challenge, break it down into a structured project plan, and deliver data-driven results under pressure.
- Proficient in the GTM Stack (such as Gong, Tableau, Salesforce, Clari).
- AI-first thinker, always considering how to leverage the tech stack for improved efficiencies.
