About the Role

The Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental Managers and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues.
  • Maintains and distributes department-related information daily.
  • Communicates with supervisors and managers about operational issues.
  • Maintains the office and acts as the proxy for KRONOS for daily updates for drivers and helpers.
  • Uses Microsoft Suite and additional software tools to manage daily tasks including procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor.
  • Assists with processing payments and other financial tasks.
  • Assists in the implementation of operational projects.
  • Communicates with customers about service issues.
  • Communicates with employees about scheduling and work assignments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
  • No prior work experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
  • May require a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative for air travel or access to federal property.
