About the Role
The AI Operations Manager will lead the design and implementation of productionized AI solutions to solve business problems. This role collaborates with data science teams to integrate AI/ML models into business processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure while managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment code.
Responsibilities
- Provide managerial leadership to the AI Ops team, manage team goals, mentor staff, and recruit talent.
- Lead AI Operations associates and partner with data science teams on solution delivery, discovery, and design.
- Ensure successful delivery, monitoring, and maintenance of AI solutions.
- Guide adherence to compliance, security, and governance processes.
- Partner with Release Management, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure successful deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in AI Ops, ML engineering, data science, data engineering, DevOps, analytics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience leading projects, mentoring, or coaching.
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel up to 5% quarterly.
