About the Role

As a Senior Manager with Wealth Management Performance Management, you will provide insightful financial analytics and decision support for the Wealth Management (WM) business, focusing on funding transfer pricing (FTP), revenue, non-interest expenses (NIE), and Enterprise Wide Stress Testing (EWST). This role involves advisory, analytics, and decision support, communicating insights to senior Finance and Wealth Management Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop insightful driver-based analyses on WM performance using key industry metrics on revenue, non-interest expense, client assets, and balance sheet.
  • Provide value-added strategic financial advice to senior management, including the Group Executive and WM Operating Committee.
  • Enable early identification of opportunities and issues through value-added advice, making actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Enhance WM Performance Management capabilities and drive continuous improvement by working closely with finance and business partners.
  • Collaborate on delivering a challenging portfolio of projects and initiatives.
  • Lead WM Finance’s role in reporting and analysis of balance sheet management, including liquidity allocation, credit, and deposit product profitability.
  • Take proactive actions to understand capital management, including Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), to identify balance sheet opportunities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on non-interest expense (NIE), collaborating with T&O and function Finance teams to identify cost savings.
  • Lead or assist in the design and implementation of new standardized processes for simplification, innovation, and automation.
  • Review EWST models, including results and documentation, and communicate key narratives to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Accounting/Finance designation (CPA, CFA, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of related experience within financial services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate business performance and analysis.
  • Previous experience in translating data into compelling visual stories supporting strategic decision making.
  • Solid relationship management skills for frequent interaction with key contacts.
  • Attention to detail and organized with a sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
