About the Role
Partner closely with GTM leaders to shape and optimize the revenue strategy, build financial models, develop KPI frameworks, and deliver insights that influence investment decisions and growth priorities. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that drives resource allocation and influences long-term strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and own core financial models supporting annual plan, long-range forecast, and GTM strategy.
- Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, evaluate resourcing decisions, track performance against KPIs, and manage spend efficiency.
- Support executive decision-making by preparing board materials, investor updates, and leadership presentations.
- Drive forecasting and reporting processes across revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and retention metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of private equity, investment banking, consulting, or similar experience.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with fluency in Excel/GSheets.
- Extreme attention to detail and a high regard for precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technology / SaaS business models.
- Experience in strategic finance at a high-growth technology company is a plus.
- SQL experience is a plus.
