About the Role
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is an integral part of the Growth Team, providing essential marketing and communications support. This key role involves enthusiastic communication with clients, colleagues, and leadership, and is central to developing and communicating creative content that reflects Introba’s industry leadership.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for external communications, ensuring timeliness, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development Manager to develop an annual communications strategy and provide quarterly progress updates.
- Support technical leads in writing creative content for external audiences, including thought leadership articles, reports, case studies, profiles, video scripts, and social media posts.
- Manage website updates to ensure content remains relevant, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Partner with technical staff to conceptualize and develop marketing collateral.
- Manage the central content hub, including case study updates for bids, new thought leadership content, CV updates for proposals, and regional brochure updates with graphics teams.
- Collaborate with the Digital Content team to manage and direct media content creation, including photography and video shoots, and oversee the editing process.
- Measure and report on social media content engagement, analyzing data, developing reports, and evaluating content plans for platforms like LinkedIn.
- Establish and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing advice and support.
- Stay informed about content trends and digital technologies.
- Support the team in achieving marketing and communications strategy objectives.
- Manage press opportunities, including interviews and roundtables, and liaise with the global communications manager for high-profile press releases.
- Develop relationships with relevant industry networks.
- Coordinate the production of bids and proposal documents with technical leads and the Marketing and Business Development Manager.
Requirements
- Degree standard of education or equivalent industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in social interaction with professionals.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities; proactive in driving brand messages.
- Impeccable English and accurate grammar.
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- High level of competence in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Knowledge of CMS and CRM systems.
- Experience with Google Analytics reporting, Sprout, Hootsuite, or Airtable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and Photoshop.
- Website and social media experience preferred.
- Photographic skills preferable.
- Ability to coordinate and implement marketing programs through original contributions and refinement of existing activities.
- Previous construction or engineering industry experience is helpful but not essential.
